Is the membership required?

Our membership is required for any new brand that wishes to start working with us. This is needed on our side in order to maintain your brand in our systems and make sure we remain available to assist you at any point.

Once we start working together, you will be provided with a time estimate for each task. We will then invoice on the 1st of each month for the previous period based on the prodived work. Please note that we invoice for the actual hours used and not the estimated ones.

Absolutely, the membership can be cancelled at any point in time, even if it’s unlikely to happen. We are proud to have a high retention rate, with the majority of our clients continuing to work with us for over three years.
