Plan Activation

This is where we begin. Activating your plan unlocks access to our team of Shopify experts. Our goal is to support your brand from day one and guide you through every stage of growth.

Tasks Estimate

To keep things transparent and predictable, we provide a clear time estimate for each task or project before moving forward. That way, you stay in control of your budget and priorities.

Work In Progress

Once a task is approved, our team gets to work. You’ll receive updates throughout the process, and if you’re a VIP, you can also track progress directly in your dashboard.

Review & Launch

Once complete, the task is reviewed by our project manager and submitted for your approval. Upon sign-off, we’ll publish the changes to your live theme.

How fast can we get started? Once your plan is activated, we’ll onboard your project within one business day. In most cases, we can begin work within three business days, depending on the nature of the tasks. Can I cancel the membership? The membership can be cancelled anytime after the minimum term. We set this term to support long-term partnerships, many of the brands we work with have been with us for over three years. What if we need more hours than those included in our plan? It's simple, if you need more hours than those included with your plan, the additional hours will simply be added on your next subscription charge as a once-off item.
Is the support plan required? A membership is required to begin working with us. It allows us to onboard your brand into our systems and also defines your assigned hourly rate for ongoing support. What if we get started mid-month? Since we may not begin on the first of the month, your next invoice will be adjusted to reflect the remaining days of your initial month. After that, your membership will renew on the 1st of each month.
