Our Process
This is where we start. Our agency’s core value is to accompany your brand from beginning to end – and beyond. By activating your plan, you unlock our team expertise and can start working with real Shopify experts.
We understand that working on a per hour basis can sometimes seem less predictable for your online budget. This is why our team will always provide you and your team with a time estimate for each task or project before we proceed.
Once a task (or group of task) is validated on your side, our team will get to work and you will be provided with updates along the way depending on how long each task is supposed to take. If you are a VIP you will also be able to see the status of each task directly in your dashboard.
Once a task or project is finalised by either our designer or developer, it will first be validated by our project manager who will then send it for approval over to your team. Once we have the green light, we will then push those changes to your live theme.
