How quick can I hire a Shopify expert?

Once your membership is activated, we’ll onboard your project within one business day. In most cases, we can begin work within three business days, depending on the nature of the tasks.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your membership anytime, so you can hire a Shopify expert with peace of mind. That said, it’s rare for brands to cancel, as they value the trust and reliability our agency provides.

What if we need more hours than those included monthly?

If additional hours are needed beyond what’s included in your monthly plan, they will simply be added as a one-off item to your next subscription charge. The rate for these extra hours will depend on your membership level.

Is the membership required to work together?

While the membership isn’t required, it’s strongly recommended — you’ll benefit from a reduced hourly rate and faster support. Most brands we work with require between 15 to over 80 hours per month.

What if we get started mid-month?

Since we may not begin right on the 1st of the month, your next charge will simply be reduced to reflect your initial month, so you always pay the right amount. After that, your membership will simply renew on the 1st of each month.
